The most important component of The PARENT ACADEMY is the small booklet which is issued
to every participant. It is vital because it:Explains
the complete structure and operation of this organization.Provides
each participant with assurance of equal treatment; recognition,
and personal growth during his/her enrollment in the program.Assures
parents (through it's appearance and design especially for them)
that now as ever before, they are a vital part of the school and it's operation.Eliminates
record keeping chores for teachers and administrators through it's
inclusion of pages which guide volunteers to assume this responsibility without difficulty.Reduces
conflicts and the need for time-consuming planning meetings through
explanation of thoroughly planned, structured programs.
