1615 Frederick Road is a White Stucco ranch style mixed residential and commercial building on the south side of the street with black shutters set back from the road on a hill surrounded by over 100 year old Oak and Tulip trees. 1615 is on the south side of Frederick Road between Seminole Avenue and Montrose Avenue. 1615 is on Frederick Road between the Warfside Restaurant and the Candy Box, both of which are on the north side of the road.

Catonsville is a real town that dates to the 1700s. Catonsville has many large Gothic and Empire period buildings, loaded with white gingerbread wood trim, towers and wrap around porches. There is a sign downtown that gives some of the history of the little town. Catonsville was the "in" place to vacation over the summer in the country for the upper class in Baltimore during the 1700s and 1800s. Many of the houses have carriage houses and covered driveway porches that are attached to the house so that those riding in the coaches would be protected from the elements when they entered the house.

Parking: A steep driveway on the right of the building leads to a small parking lot in the back and there is parking for about ten cars on the street just in front of the building.

The door to the business office is on the lower level in the rear of the building. Just go around the back and down the stairs to the door to the office.

The office is located on Frederick Road just outside the Baltimore beltway, US 695, to the west of Baltimore.

If your coming from Columbia, Maryland or south, come north on Interstate 95 until you reach Interstate 195. Go west (turn left) on 195 to Rolling Road, Maryland state route 166, (Interstate 195 dead ends here). Go north (turn right) on Rolling Road (166) until you reach the traffic light at Frederick Road. Go west (turn left) on Frederick Road and go just over one block and you will see the building on the left (south) side of the road.

If you are coming by the Baltimore Beltway, Interstate 695), simply come around the beltway to the Catonsville - Frederick Road exit, exit number lucky 13. Take the Catonsville exit and go outside the beltway which is west away from Baltimore City. If you are coming from the north traveling on the I-695 you need to turn right at the top of the ramp onto Frederick Road. If you are coming from the south traveling on I-695 you need to turn left at the top of the ramp onto Frederick Road. Do NOT take the exit east towards Paradise. If you go towards paradise you will need to turn around and come back.

If you are coming from downtown Baltimore City, take Lombard Street WEST and stay on it until you reach 1615 Frederick Road. As you go west Lombard Street will become Frederick Avenue and then when outside Balimore the road will become Frederick Road. The road will pass over pass the Baltimore beltway, Interstate 695 just before you enter the city of Catonsville. Simply travel through Catonsville until you reach 1615 Frederick Road. 1615 Frederick Road is 1.6 miles west of the beltway, Interstate 695. You will pass the Catonsville Post Office on the south side (left side) of the road, the Catonsville Library on the north or left side of the road.
