CAEAA Winners United with their Elans / Shatner reunited with his kidney stone
September 14th in Vancouver, B.C.
On Thursday evening, September 14th in Vancouver, B.C. the Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts (CAEAA) winners were united with their Elan statuette, and William Shatner was reunited with his kidney stone!!!!!!! GoldenPalace.com along with the CAEAA donated TEN thousand dollars to Richmond Therapeutic Equestrian Centre for disabled children so that GoldenPalace.com could come to Vancouver and attend the inaugural awards to reunite Mr. Shatner with his kidney stone that they had originally purchased from him for Twenty-five thousand dollars ... Two charities certainly did well by GoldenPalace.com's close and personal involvement with Mr. Shatner's kidney stone!
The theatre was packed with video game and animation luminaries as well as new media art schools' top talents who were wined, dined and entertained by Mr. Shatner and a host of industry celebrities. The first ever Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts was a big, big success: "The evening was a huge success," said Yannis Mallat, chief executive officer of Ubisoft's Montreal studio. "The first edition of the Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts is a step forward for the entire Canadian video game industry." Rave reviews from all whom attended, a great way to launch what is planned to become the biggest awards show of it's kind in the world!"
The winners are the real story here and so with the added kidney stone story for "flavour", I will leave you with the attached
Excel documents categorized in two different ways for you to select from. If you cannot open the attachments, the two winners lists are on my homepage as PDF files in the right hand column.
As a final note, thank you very much for supporting these new awards the way that you all did. We honestly couldn't have done it without you.
