Ringworld Walkthrough

    At kzinti compound:

  1. Touch the beam
  2. Show ring to kzin
  3. Talk to kzin
  4. Stun enemy kzin
  5. Get security disk
  6. Put security disk in one flycycle and press "slave"
  7. Put security disk in other flycycle and press "master", then press controls

    At ship:

  8. Stun kzinti
  9. Follow girl
  10. Stun girl
  11. Plug in hyperdrive cables according to manual
  12. At autodoc put security disk into autodoc to convince girl

    At ringworld ("Indian" camp):

  13. Talk to people
  14. Get ale from food synthesizer on lander (2nd level)
  15. Give ale to big guy
  16. After rishathra :) get the rope
  17. Get the ladder in room with big guy
  18. Put up ladder outside between the two doors and go up
  19. Put rope around rock and climb down smokehole
  20. Read bearskin on back wall (remember pattern)
  21. Go into other room and get necklace off post
  22. Go back and climb rope
  23. Go to "teck" box near force field
  24. Put pieces in according to pattern
  25. Scan ship in stasis

    At cave:

  26. Get first aid kit out of storage area (2nd level)
  27. After kzin is captured, go in cave and get captured by vampires
  28. In food pit get sharp bone and give first aid to kzin
  29. Climb thru hole
  30. Cut rope holding netted bat person
  31. Get captured again
  32. Climb out again
  33. Get drug, give some to kzin
  34. Climb out again
  35. Bat person tells you where secret tunnel is (stun vampires as needed)
  36. Get stasis box
  37. Move the rock below and right of the secret tunnel entrance to free kzin

    In lander:

  38. Girl will open stasis box; get what's in it
  39. Arcade-like sequence for getting second stasis box; doesn't matter if probe is damaged beyond repair as long as you get the box

    Near beach:

  40. Talk to water creature
  41. Put on spacesuit and exit thru airlock (2nd level)
  42. Follow creature to coral house
  43. Back on lander use probe controls (panel at bottom right of 1st level) to
  44. get arms off the probe
  45. Get flycycle (use panel on left edge of 1st level)

    At floating building:

  46. Stun man
  47. Get jar on desk
  48. Uncork barrel; fill jar with grease
  49. Get key out of hole in wall near calendar
  50. Get slip of paper off right edge of shelf
  51. Look at chair; spin it like combination lock using numbers on paper (go to the right first)
  52. Unlock safe and get translator

    Near beach:

  53. Give man the jar with grease, the translator, and the probe arms
  54. Get the stasis box.

    On Map-Of-Earth:

  55. Go to castle; after talking to slavemaster get straw off floor
  56. Get tunic after Patriarch takes it off
  57. Show tunic to kzin guarding Patriarch's chambers
  58. Get candle
  59. Go in closet; touch arrow in quiver on wall statue to open secret cabinet
  60. Get swords
  61. In bedroom put short sword in post near closet door
  62. Get stasis box
  63. Put straw on bed
  64. Light straw with candle
  65. Go past guard; when he goes in room go towards top of screen to balcony
  66. Use scanner on self to call kzin

    At ship in stasis:

  67. Use stasic control box on ship
  68. Touch small hatch on ship
  69. Enter combination; if controls are 1 2 3
    4 5 6 enter 3, 4, 1, 5, 2, 6
  70. Touch alien to get it out of ship
  71. Put helmet on alien
  72. Use magnetic key on panel inside ship
  73. Use empty stasis box on antimatter compresser inside panel
  74. Take stasis box with antimatter and the two modules near the ends of the wires
  75. Use neural nullifier on alien
  76. Put alien in ship

    Endgame:

  77. When lander is approaching Destroyer use the module from the alien ship to transport back to your ship
